About TL's position
Dear candidate, I want to tell you a little bit about who TL is and what he does.
The most important thing you should know is that TL is the heart of the local committee, because it is in this position that all work with people is based, being a bridge between the EB team and the members.
The most important thing this position teaches is working with people and managing a team. Because it depends on TL's actions how effectively people will perform their tasks.
And most importantly, TL is able to change what others think is impossible, it's difficult, but nothing is impossible!

TL responsibility:
  • Creating a team work strategy
  • Tracking all process in your project
  • Development of each person in the team
  • Participation in the development of a department or product
  • Fulfillment of MX standards
  • Participation in the recruitment team or CC team of the AIESEC IS conference
  • Attending all LC meetings
  • Work 20 hours a week

Term duration: 1 FEB - 30 JUNE

  • LEADERERSHIP
    1. What are your 4 strengths and how will they help you as a TL? What are your 4 weaknesses and how will you compensate for them?
    2. What are your main life values ​​and how do you live them?
    3. What is the special feature of the TL's work? What is its role in the local committee?
  • AIESECER
    1. How do you live the mission and values ​​of the organization? Why is it important to do this outside of AIESEC?
    2. Rate from 1 to 10 how you lived each value of AIESEC, justify your answer.
    3. How is AIESEC different from other youth organizations? Why should the youth of Yekaterinburg choose AIESEC for their development?
    4. What is your Why to be in the organization?
  • GENERAL TASKS
    1. What is the LDM model? How will you develop leadership in your members?
    2. How to ensure 100% achievement of goals by your members? Name 7 tactics.
    3. Why does someone leave the organization, and someone applies for leadership positions? Name 7 tactics for achieving 100% RR
    4. Take expertise from 3 TL and write down key insights in the following areas: achieving goals, providing MX standards, developing leadership in members.

Functional questions


MARKETING

  1. Make 2 monthly content plan: for VK and for Telegram to promote the RV, oGT, oGV product.
  2. Development of 4 full-fledged posts through the concept of the 4th stage of warming up: Warming up to the niche (pain = solution through the niche); Warming up to the organization and expertise (principles, empathy, essence of the organization, implementation, own AIESEC results, etc.); Warming up to transformation and self-confidence (cases, motivation, dream life); Warming up to the product (the best solution in this in the person of our product, simplicity of actions, step-by-step plan).
  3. Creating an interview video with an AIESEC representative on any topic to promote a brand or any product.
  4. Analysis of the VK group for the last 3 months and conclusions in 3 areas: statistics, content and the VK group as a channel for SU arrival. Make some next steps by your conclusions.

OUTGOING GLOBAL VOLUNTEER

  1. Why should young people have GV experience in their life? Describe GV value proposition. What's the difference between GV, GTae and YDP products?
  2. How can we work in synergy with MKT so that we regularly have new SU? Write at least 10 effective tactics. Make oGVxMKT synergy agenda. How often we need to have them and why?
  3. Analyse what kind of projects GV has at the moment. Choose 5 we shoud focus on and make a slide for each as if you were presenting it to an EP. Explain why you chose these 5.
  4. Describe the persona of an oGV member. What kind of people do we need in the department? What JD members shoud have for the dep to function properly and members to enjoy their experience? How as a team leader you can effectively organise the team work?
